Movie time - Footloose

Went to see Footloose during the week. Having not seen the original I wasn't to sure what to expect but according to the promotions I assumed that it would be based mostly on dancing. That was a mistake! I was a little let down by it. Had I not gone in with preconceived ideas I would have thoroughly enjoyed it.
The movie had an easy to follow storyline and that I felt emotionally connected to. The persistence shown to fight for what you believe in was very encouraging . I left feeling inspired!
Overall I would probably give the film 3 out of 5 stars.
